ELECTROPLATING AND
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS MANUFACTURE

 Electroplates and printed circuit boards manufacturing shop is equipped with semi-automated lines, allowing electroplating with zinc (up to 5000 component parts per 1 shift), as well as it equipped with alloying baskets for electroplating the small detailes with nickel and cadmium. Stationary bath is installed in order to chrome-plate detailes. There are 2 chambers of detailes wet painting and also the section of dry powder painting of detailes. Site, where printed circuit boards are manufactured, is equipped with programmed boring machines, etching automated lines, as well as semiautomatic equipment for screen printing. The equipment makes it possible to manufacture up to 2 million single-sided printed circuit boards a year. |
