January 1, 1990. We consider this day as the birthday of our Company. Already then during Gorbachev's period of perestroyka the team of small municipal company, which included not more than 100 employees and provided heat and hot water to the small region of Zaporozhye city, rented the property of this company and thus created the first non-state company.

For that moment this was our only business and we had 9% of the market of heat and hot water in this city.

All these years the company actively worked in order to expand its traditional business and today we have 25% of Zaporozhye heat market and we work in 3 out of 7 regions of the city.

The technical policy we take in order to reconstruct our boiler-houses will make it possible to get additional 150 MW of electrical capacities to the existing 650 MW of heat one.

Since creation and till 1995 Kommunarskoe rent heat supply enterprise, so we were called, founded more that 10 new companies, specialized in building, engineering, exchange transactions at commodity and stock exchanges of Ukraine, as well as consumer goods production and trading activity.

All these new production relations required a new organizational structure.

Therefore in August, 1995, at the Constituent Assembly there was made a decision to create the united company - holder of assets - "Rassvet" Company.

The organization structure was identified as an industrial-and-financial holding with pretty high level of subsidiary enterprises independence and property management centralization and with political management of associated company.

From 1995 till now the company carries out an aggressive policy to expand markets, raise its assets (during this period the assets were raised more than 10 times), to develop new businesses.

The main regions of our companies location are Kiev and Zaporozhye cities, and the subsidiary enterprises and branch offices are located in all regions of Ukraine.
