"Rassvet" is a young company which is for this moment provides heat power and hot water supply for 25% of Zaporozhye city. The company is very active in work, extends the markets for its products in the field of power, construction, municipal economy, manufacture of energy equipment and consumer goods, agriculture. Rassvet Company comprises 6 subholdings:

Statutory fund of the Company comprises 807 thousand griven. It is divided into 807 thousand shares, nominal value of 1 share is 1 grivna.

Nowadays we are the industrial-and-financial holding, which includes parent company - RASSVET, 6 subholdings and 19 subsidiary enterprises. Superior controller is stockholders' meeting. Between the meetings the Company is governed by the Committee of directors, composed of 7 persons, which are elected every 5 years.

The Committee of directors appoints Director General; Director General organizes Company's management. the management is responsible for all operative-and-economical activity.

The main headquarters of the Company is located in Zaporozhye, UKRAINE. Financial and scientific centers are located in Kiev, UKRAINE. Consolidated assets of the company on January 01, 2001, is 23362060 thousand griven.

Number of employees is 3400 persons, 286 of them are management and 655 of them are technical and engineering employees. In our company there are professionally qualified personnel in the field of engineering, economy, financial audit and legal practice.

The Company is strongly involved in the integration of energy conservation technologies and is one of co-founders of Ukrainian energyservice company (Ukresco), Ukrainian cogeneration Forum, League of energy conservation in Ukraine. Also we have licenses for the right to produce and sell electricity in Ukrainian wholesale market.

The Project, we developed jointly with Institute of technical thermal physics, Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Energy conservation committee (Ukraine) - "Project of development of private energy sector of Ukraine on the basis of cogeneration energy saving technologies" - became the pilot in Ukraine.
