House-building complex of Zaporozhye is leader in a house-building in Zaporozhye. It constructed and put into operation more than 1100 high-rise apartment buildings. This is the only complex in the south region of Ukraine, which retained its manufacturing capabilities and constructing-and-mounting departments.

Nowadays "HBCZ" public JSC is the Association of constructing enterprises. Due to the search of the new forms of operation it became possible to independently create following existing constructing companies:

House-builder-2: this is the base company, manufacturing precast concrete. It specializes in production of high-quality concrete and mortar mixes. The company is capable and manufactures all kinds of reinforcing semimanufactured articles, framings, embedded items, metal constructions according to standard designs and individual designings of customers.

SMU-2, Branch office of HBCZ  . This is wide-section constructing department, which fulfils construction works on erection of office buildings as well as buildings of industrial and specialized destination.


 Otdelstroy. The professional capabilities of this company make it possible to work with all existing today finishing materials.

 Engineering building-development department provides the following services:
execution of external water-supply networks, sewerage;
fulfillment of null cycle of buildings of industrial and civil destination;
intra-blocks and extra-block ways and figured concrete slabs;
side-walks and ways, made from figured concrete slabs;
social works.
