act as manager on investments;
consulting and informational activity concerning
   investments into the securities as well
   circulation of the securities;

   with securities.

"IRTA" Company is one of the biggest stockjobbers in the region, and according to results of activity regarding attraction of privatization ownership certificates of citizens during the privatization process at the territory of Ukraine it was included in the rating of 100 best Ukrainian companies.
