1.  Manufacturing of tools: stamps, mold
        tools for injection molding, devices of
        small and medium overall  
        dimensions, mass is up to 3 tons.

    2.  Production of precise parts and instruments and devices, using
         machine work:

• turning automatic machines, dia up to 36 mms with manufacturing tolerance of 0,01 mm;
• grinding of parts with cylindrical surfaces non- roundness tolerance - 0,5 microns, with tolerance for diameter - 5 microns;
• fabrication on automatic machines of various springs, wire dia is from 0,2 mm up to 1,5 mm;
• gear cutting with the modulus from m=0,3 mm up to m=12 mm;
• grinding of precise threads.

    3.   Heat treatment of parts, including program control treating.

     4.   Galvanizations: zinc, chrom, cadmium, nickel.

    5.   Production of printed circuits by a screen printing method.

    6.   Cold sheet-metal stamping on presses-automatic machines and
          multipurpose presses with 
          effort from 16 up to 210 tons.

    7.   Colouring and deposition of inscriptions by a screen printing
           method.

    8.   Processing of plastic materials and rubber compounds, including
         precision casting on thermoplastics-automatic machines
         ARWURG. Shot volume is from 1,6 up to 3000 см³. An   
         pressing force is up to 200 tons.

    9.   Manufacturing of the special process equipment and
          metalwares.

    10.  Precision casting under pressure of zinc alloys, volume is up to
          30см³.

    11.  Production of ferrite-sendast magnetic heads.

    12.  Manufacturing of inductance coils (diameter of wind-up wire is
           from 0,02 mm up to 2 mm).

    13.  Titanium nitride antiwear coating.

     14.  Welding in environment of carbon dioxide, contact welding,
           soldering.

    15.  Installation of radioelements on printed circuit boards,
           soldering, regulation of clusters, electrical quantity measuring.

    16.  Assembly works on technological assembly lines.

    17. Quality control and testing, measuring of the geometrical sizes,
          surface roughness, hardness,toughness, impact elasticity,
          metallographic research, spectral and chemical analysis,
          measuring of magnetic properties of magnetically soft
          materials.

Testings for mechanical effects: cuppigings and shocks; climatic effects: heat-cold, moisture.
